1. Click the URL that you receive from OnsiteGo after purchasing the OnsiteGo protection plan. If you have purchased the OnsiteGo plan from the OnsiteGo website, you will receive the link in your inbox in an hour after the purchase. Similarly, if you have purchased the OnsiteGo plan from Amazon, you will receive the link in your inbox within 48 hours. Click the link and fill in the details of your device (IMEI/Serial number), upload a copy of the invoice and submit. On submitting it, you will receive a confirmation about the OnsiteGo activation.
2. Another option is to click www.onsitego.com/activation/ and enter your email id/phone number, after which you will receive a URL on the same email id/phone number. You can click the URL, key in the device details (IMEI/Serial number), upload a copy of the invoice and submit.
3. Once your OnsiteGo plan is successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation along with a ‘Certificate of Protection’. This is a document with all the details of your device along with the OnsiteGo plan details. This is a one-time, hassle free process. At the time of filing a service request, OnsiteGo will have all your device and plan details and there’s no other document that you will be required to submit.
However, kindly note that the registration for your device or appliance has to be done within 30 days from the date of purchase of the plan.
